For international orders, the price shown doesn't include import duties, customs fees or local taxes. These are set and charged by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility, usually payable on delivery (we ship Delivered Duty Unpaid). Yes. If you change your mind, you can return the helmet within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused, complete and in its original packaging (used devices can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but are still covered by warranty). If the device is faulty, the choice is yours — a free repair or replacement, or return it for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened ExoSurge or B-Factor ampoules can't be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Three steps: (1) Email info@tagbiotech.com with your order number and the reason (for a fault, attach a photo or short video). (2) We'll send you a Return Authorisation and the return address — please don't ship anything back before you receive this. (3) Pack the helmet securely (ideally in its original box) and send it to that address, keeping your tracking number. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover return shipping; for change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
