2. Products

The iHarvest Smart Laser Helmet is intended for cosmetic use for hair regrowth support. It is CE Certified and UTM Lab Tested. Results vary between individuals. iHarvest does not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices may change without notice. Your order is confirmed at the price displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimates only. iHarvest is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contact support@iharvestlab.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Warranty

The iHarvest helmet carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-Biomax Sdn Bhd’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
