Warranty Policy

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every iHarvest Smart Laser Helmet is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

• Defects in laser diode function
• Battery defects and charging port issues
• Structural defects in the helmet shell
• Electronic component failures under normal use

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
• Water damage or exposure to liquids
• Damage from unauthorised repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable components (charging cables)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email support@iharvestlab.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
3. We may request photos or video evidence of the defect.
4. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
